Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift staff, ensuring efficient workflow and safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and inventory management systems
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for operational excellence
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews with team members
- Resolve equipment issues and maintain warehouse safety standards
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for seamless operations handover
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in night shift environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
- Associates degree in Logistics or related field preferred
