As the Night Shift Supervisor, you will be the face of our operations after hours, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in our supply chain process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, inventory management, and staff scheduling during the night shift to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Enforce strict safety protocols (OSHA standards) and conduct nightly safety audits to maintain a secure working environment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate necessary maintenance to prevent downtime during critical hours.
- Conduct nightly inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies with the day shift team.
- Manage emergency procedures and resolve operational issues independently during the night.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse experience with 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory control software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions under pressure.
