Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift management for operational continuity
- Optimize warehouse processes using WMS systems
- Conduct performance reviews and provide targeted coaching
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, accuracy, and safety metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Valid forklift certification required
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
