Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 person night shift team, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, including dock operations and inventory management
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Conduct nightly equipment checks and maintenance coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience, preferably in night shift environments
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with inventory control and cycle counting
