Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate 15-20 night shift team members across all warehouse functions
- Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving operations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS technology and lean principles
- Conduct shift briefings and provide real-time performance coaching
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Prepare detailed shift reports and performance metrics for daily review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30 certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational demands
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
