Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS systems like Oracle or SAP
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance scheduling
- Implement process improvements for warehouse efficiency and cost reduction
- Handle emergency situations and escalate critical issues to management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle count documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Indiana driver's license required
