Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards are met
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Conduct daily inventory audits and cycle counts
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Manage equipment maintenance and safety compliance
- Generate performance reports and metrics analysis
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Associate's degree in Logistics or related field preferred
