Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members, ensuring task prioritization and performance standards
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols during overnight operations
- Manage real-time inventory tracking and cycle count accuracy
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for operational handovers
- Optimize warehouse layout for overnight workflow efficiency
- Process and troubleshoot inbound/outbound shipments
- Conduct nightly equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift background
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with inventory management software
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Spanish bilingual preferred
