Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics for high-volume distribution operations
- Implement inventory control systems using WMS technology
- Conduct shift handovers and daily operational briefings
- Resolve equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance teams
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
- Manage compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
- College degree in logistics or related field preferred
