Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inventory receiving, storage, and shipping protocols
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Implement quality control checks for incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records via WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for urgent order fulfillment
- Enforce warehouse safety standards during peak night operations
- Optimize workflow efficiency using lean methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with zero-tolerance for errors
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule consistently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
