Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods efficiently during night hours
- Perform inventory counts and stock reconciliation with meticulous accuracy
- Maintain warehouse safety protocols and equipment maintenance checks
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to priority schedules
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Adhere to all UK health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 25kg regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for WMS systems
- UK work authorization required
- Pass background and drug screening checks
