Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in accordance with protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our state-of-the-art Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations throughout the night.
- Collaborate with the night shift leadership to meet daily operational targets and KPIs.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles during shift changes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 22:00 - 06:00) on a consistent basis.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (up to 25kg) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic IT literacy and willingness to learn new software systems.
- A valid UK driver's license is a plus.
