Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and compliantly
- Conduct quality checks and inventory audits during shift
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following HSE standards
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Meet daily productivity targets while prioritizing safety
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift license (RTITB certified) or willingness to train
- Ability to lift 25kg safely and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication in English (verbal/written)
- Flexible availability to cover weekend shifts as needed
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
