Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations during the night shift to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage inventory accuracy, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling stock discrepancies immediately.
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and low turnover.
- Conduct nightly safety inspections of the facility, equipment, and work areas to prevent accidents and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors and logistics coordinators to ensure seamless workflow transitions and order fulfillment.
- Prepare and review daily reports, including productivity metrics and operational issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Valid Forklift Certification is required; Material Handler certification is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts on the floor.
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computer software.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics preferred.
