Responsibilities
- Execute precise order fulfillment and inventory management using RF scanning technology
- Maintain optimal warehouse organization through systematic stocking and rotation protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-compliant safety standards
- Conduct quality control inspections and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational flow
- Adhere to company safety policies and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Valid forklift certification or ability to pass company certification program
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanning devices and inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
