Responsibilities
- Execute accurate inventory management and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Coordinate cross-docking operations and outbound shipment preparation
- Implement quality control protocols for incoming/outgoing freight
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover processes
- Document operational activities in real-time warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift certification experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory software and RF scanners
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR preferred
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Ability to thrive in low-light environments with appropriate PPE
