Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound logistics during overnight operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Perform quality control checks and product verification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Lead 5S initiatives to optimize warehouse organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy with inventory systems
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Washington state ID
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
