As a Night Shift Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain remains uninterrupted. We are looking for self-motivated individuals ready to hit the ground running and thrive in a high-energy setting.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and inventory management.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during designated delivery windows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
