Responsibilities
- Execute efficient inventory control procedures using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Prioritize and fulfill high-volume e-commerce orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional team activities for optimal workflow during night operations
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and report maintenance needs
- Implement FIFO protocols and maintain organized storage zones
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or fulfillment center experience
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and inventory management software
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
