Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management, receiving, and shipping protocols during night hours
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Maintain accurate digital and physical warehouse documentation systems
- Implement quality control checks to ensure product integrity
- Respond proactively to operational escalations and system alerts
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for nighttime workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience (night shift preferred)
- OSHA Forklift Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and RF scanning technology
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in low-light conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 10 PM - 6 AM
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (for equipment operation)
