Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 night shift team members including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize warehouse workflows to achieve 99.8% order accuracy metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift teams for seamless handoffs
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance across all night shift activities
- Utilize WMS systems (Oracle/JDA) for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules for forklifts and conveyor systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in night shift leadership
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong conflict resolution and team-building skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
