Responsibilities
- Oversee all nighttime warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Manage team of 15+ associates with real-time performance coaching and KPI tracking
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with day shift and transportation teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for safety and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Generate nightly performance reports and recommend process optimizations
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in night shift leadership
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation credentials required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory control and cycle counting
- Proven ability to manage high-volume operations in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
