Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 night shift staff across receiving, picking, and dispatching
- Implement and optimize warehouse safety protocols for overnight operations
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for urgent order fulfillment
- Monitor KPIs including order accuracy and on-time delivery rates
- Train and mentor night shift team members on new technologies
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- Proven leadership in logistics/supply chain environments
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Forklift license and hazardous materials handling experience
