Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 15+ night shift associates
- Implement and optimize safety protocols for overnight operations
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption to supply chain
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse management with night shift experience
- Proven leadership skills in 24/7 operations environments
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification preferred
- Excellent communication and team development skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Forklift certification required
