Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 member night shift team, ensuring optimal productivity and safety compliance
- Coordinate real-time inventory management using WMS systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce operational costs by 15%
- Train and mentor staff on new technologies including AS/RS systems and IoT scanners
- Conduct daily performance reviews and corrective action documentation
- Collaborate with day shift managers for seamless handover procedures
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and safety protocol adherence
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in leadership/supervisory role
- OSHA 30 certification and Hazmat handling credentials required
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret KPI dashboards
- Valid Washington state driver's license and clean MVR record
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety incident reporting
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable for diverse team management
