Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all night shift operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day shift supervisors to ensure stock accuracy.
- Handle and resolve operational issues and employee conflicts during the shift.
- Prepare daily reports on productivity, safety incidents, and operational metrics.
- Ensure timely loading and unloading of trucks and proper handling of goods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervision.
- Experience working the night shift preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Forklift certification and ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED required.
