Responsibilities
- Oversee all overnight warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems and procedures
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless operations
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain efficiency metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Proven leadership in overnight shift environments
- Forklift certification and WMS proficiency
