Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless handover and operational continuity
- Conduct quality control checks and implement process improvements
- Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Generate daily performance reports and address operational bottlenecks
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse setting
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends during peak seasons
