Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 team members during overnight shift operations
- Optimize inventory management systems and order fulfillment workflows
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with day shift and management
- Implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency
- Conduct quality control audits and documentation reviews
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in night shift environments
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation expertise
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Associate degree in logistics or related field preferred
