Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 member overnight warehouse teams
- Optimize inventory workflows using WMS systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Train new hires on equipment operation
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities
- Resolve operational escalations with precision
- Generate daily performance reports
- Maintain 99.8% inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Flexible availability (5PM-5AM shifts)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and computer literacy
