Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift team members to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce errors
- Address operational issues and escalate concerns to management promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and inventory reports
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA Forklift Certification required
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS preferred)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
