Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift team members in warehouse operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct quality control inspections on outgoing shipments
- Manage inventory counts and discrepancy resolution
- Coordinate cross-functional department handoffs
- Mentor new hires and implement training programs
- Generate daily performance reports for leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS and inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Experience with hazardous material handling preferred
