Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift team members, including task delegation and performance coaching
- Optimize inventory management systems and ensure accurate stock counts
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations with transportation partners
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste
- Generate daily performance reports for senior leadership
- Train new hires on warehouse equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Valid forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume environments
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule with availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
