Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations during the night shift to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct nightly inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies with high accuracy.
- Train and mentor new hires on safety protocols, equipment usage, and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor safety compliance and enforce OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and inventory continuity.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve logistics issues efficiently to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
- Proven experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Strong ability to work independently and maintain productivity during unsupervised night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
