Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift team members, coordinating daily warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Coordinate with day shift managers for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries regarding order fulfillment
- Train staff on new processes and technology implementations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- Proficient in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Forklift certification (RTITB or accredited body)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of UK logistics compliance and HSE regulations
- Advanced Excel skills for inventory reporting
