Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for same-day shipment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized warehouse layout
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts
