Responsibilities
- Execute order picking, packing, and scanning with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and tuggers safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counts.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trailers and conveyors according to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
