Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping operations during overnight hours
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Uphold OSHA compliance and 5S standards throughout the facility
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with weekend rotations
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
