Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform cycle counts and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a night shift setting
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
