Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load and unload trailers.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and manage stock rotation to ensure optimal warehouse organization.
- Maintain a secure facility by monitoring surveillance systems and adhering to strict security protocols.
- Conduct quality inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with standards.
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
