Your Role
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are processed accurately and efficiently during our busiest operational window.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet daily performance targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotation to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Perform regular quality control checks on all outgoing packages to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices to track inventory movements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software systems.
