Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Handling: Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments accurately.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment using proper packaging materials and labeling.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks to ensure all items meet company standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and records of daily activities using WMS software.
- Housekeeping: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (3rd shift).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
