Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe material handling.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock adjustments using handheld scanning devices.
- Load and unload trucks with precision, verifying shipment contents against manifests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift certification is a plus but will train the right candidate.
