Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, locate, and relocate materials within the facility.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 100% accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS system.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company and customer standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Load Preparation: Properly label, tag, and stage pallets for shipping carriers.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Equipment: Basic familiarity with warehouse machinery is a plus.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
