Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility and to/from delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update shipment statuses and track inventory levels in real-time.
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure seamless handover of operations and inventory.
- Assist in general facility maintenance, including light cleaning and equipment inspection.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory handling.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for internal roles but preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
