Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to ensure timely distribution.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damages.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform basic inventory counts and stock organization as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to work independently and reliably during night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
