Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently using powered industrial equipment (Forklift/Order Picker).
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain accurate stock counts using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Pack and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all packaging standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
