Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage freight using forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and orders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
