Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using scanning equipment.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Package and label products accurately to ensure timely shipping.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors regarding daily goals and potential operational issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidates.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
