Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to certification.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and nightly production targets and KPIs.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse scanners.
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Relevant warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate consideration.
